sudo -u www-data occ maintenance:update:htaccess complains:

Error updating .htaccess file, not enough permissions or "overwrite.cli.url" set to an invalid URL?

...and it is right: The file /var/www/nextcloud/.htaccess should not be owned by root, but by user www-data.

Thank you very much for maintaining this very handy Debian package!!
