Nextcloud 32 - System requirements

PHP 8.1 is now deprecated but still supported.

PHP 8.4 is now supported, but 8.3 is recommended.

Sure, I will update package to Nextcloud 32 for Bookworm.

I sincerely hope they won't discontinue support for PHP 8.2 (bookworm).

@ijurisic I currently use the sources from the trixie branch to build the nextcloud-server package on Debian 11 and install the generated packages on two systems with Debian 12 Bookworm.
