Good news, my CI job that checks for updates alerted me that there was a new release. It's always nice to see things working as expected. 😄

This change just updates the changelog so version 25.0.7 will be downloaded and built. I also had to change my CI job slightly so it wouldn't try to cd into multiple directories. CI build is now passing and it's building 25.0.7.
